My story

For twenty years, I was the owner of a successful lingerie store that I ran with my mother. I had everything I needed financially, as a single person, I could go wherever I wanted, I had a rich social life...

 

To the outside world, my life looked perfect. But that was the facade: deep down, I was unhappy. I had been dealing with extreme health problems for years, resulting in, among other things, two burnouts. I also wasn't happy in my job.

 

've always been a fighter, and by working incredibly hard on myself emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, I've transformed my body and mind. My blood has never looked better, and mentally, I've never been so strong. Yet, it kept nagging at me that I wasn't doing what I was put on this earth to do. You know that little voice in your head that just won't shut up?

 

Despite my regained health, I dragged myself along every day. It became increasingly difficult to drive to my business. Until, at a certain point, the light went out completely: welcome to "Burnout No. 3."

 

For me, that was the turning point in my life and career. I finally took the steps I should have taken years ago. My dream: to help people on a deeper level, both emotionally and physically, because the two often go hand in hand.

 

After recovering from "Burnout No. 3," I started my business, "A Balanced Life," where I enjoy what I do every day. It makes me happy to see the impact of what EFT, brainspotting, and other techniques do for people. How they change their lives and how they come closer to themselves and to a happier, healthier life. The satisfaction I get from this is indescribable!
