In my practice, I work therapeutically with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Brainspotting, two in-depth methods that combine psychology with bodywork. I believe that stress, trauma, emotional blockages, and even physical complaints arise when energy becomes stuck in the body. By not only talking but also actively engaging the body, processing can take place at a deeper level. EFT and Brainspotting help calm the nervous system and activate its self-healing capacity.
In this way, we don't focus solely on symptoms; we work together to discover the underlying cause. This is done in a safe, gentle way, tailored to your own pace. You don't have to verbalize everything; the body often tells you enough. My motivation is to reconnect people with themselves, their strength, and their balance. From there, real, lasting change emerges.
